Games and challenges with a good dose of philosophy are used to ease advancing kids into building better flexibility and mobility. We work with them to improve the resilience of their growing bodies. Looking at the world through the eyes of children, our teachers explain the postures and variations using themes and tales. The li'l yogis will learn how to use and develop their strength through more challenging poses. Stories harness their inner creativity and help them to absorb the lessons better. We also make sure the meditation and breathing exercises soothes their young minds of any stress and worry. Finally, our teachings help the kids become more socially adaptable so they can build better relationships.
