**What they’ll learn** We’ll firmly establish the physical, cognitive and emotional benefits of yoga at this stage. This will help increase confidence and inner peace in a phase that is characteristically emotional and difficult. Our techniques will ensure that the kids are eased into their teens in the gentlest way possible. The brain-body connection will be revitalized; their muscles are strengthened and their minds relaxed through focused meditations so students can experience joy and a stress-free life. We make sure that hormonal changes and bodily advancements are supported during this important growth phase. Value education and yoga philosophy will be emphasised, to develop students’ core morals and respect for life as they emerge into young adulthood.
